The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a random sampling method on Monday, July 20, 2026. There will be only one winner.
The winner will be notified by email or phone and may choose when they would like their pie to be made, subject to reasonable notice and availability.
Only one entry per household. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Contact information is required to enter the giveaway.

Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
This free pie giveaway is sponsored by Sissy’s Artisanal Pie & Dough Co., referred to in these terms as “Sissy’s” or the “Sponsor.”
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years old.

Attended the actual Santa Cruz Farmers’ Market location where Sissy’s was present on July 18, 2026.

Provide accurate contact information.

Correctly identify the Santa Cruz Farmers’ Market location they attended.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sissy’s are not eligible to enter.
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Making a purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
4. Entry Period
Entries must be received by the end of Sunday, July 19, 2026.
Only one entry per household is permitted. Multiple entries from the same household may be disqualified.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, or late entries may also be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a random sampling method.
The drawing will take place on Monday, July 20, 2026.
The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
The winner will receive one pie made by Sissy, with an approximate retail value of $47.
The winner may select one pie from Sissy’s available pie offerings and may choose when the pie will be made.
The requested pie flavor and preparation date are subject to seasonal ingredient availability, Sissy’s baking schedule, and reasonable advance notice.
The prize:

Has no cash value.

May not be exchanged for cash.

May not be substituted for another product or service.

May not be transferred to another person without Sissy’s approval.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided with the entry.
The winner must respond within three business days of notification and no later than July 22, 2026.
If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond by the deadline, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these terms, Sissy’s may select another winner using the same random selection method.
8. Claiming and Receiving the Prize
The winner must claim the prize by July 22, 2026.
Claiming the prize means confirming acceptance of the prize and making contact with Sissy’s. The pie itself may be made for a later date chosen by the winner, subject to reasonable notice and availability.
The winner is responsible for arranging pickup of the pie at a mutually agreed-upon date, time, and location.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is not included.
9. Accuracy of Entry Information
Entrants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.
Sissy’s may disqualify any entry that contains false, incomplete, duplicate, or misleading information, including an incorrect Santa Cruz Farmers’ Market location.
10. Privacy
Contact information collected through this giveaway will be used to:

Verify eligibility.

Administer the giveaway.

Contact the winner.
-
Arrange preparation and pickup of the prize.
Contact information will not be sold.
Submitting a giveaway entry does not automatically enroll the entrant in marketing emails, text messages, or other promotional communications. Any marketing consent should be requested separately.
11. General Conditions
Sissy’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the fairness, security, or proper administration of the giveaway.
Sissy’s may disqualify any entrant who:

Attempts to interfere with the entry or winner-selection process.

Submits fraudulent or misleading information.

Submits more than one entry from the same household.

Violates these Official Terms and Conditions.
By entering, participants agree to follow these terms and accept Sissy’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway as final.
12. Food Ingredients and Allergies
The winner is responsible for reviewing the ingredients in the selected pie and informing Sissy’s of any food allergies or dietary concerns before selecting or receiving the prize.
Sissy’s products are prepared in a home kitchen that may also handle wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, and other common allergens.
Sissy’s cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
13. Release of Liability
By entering the giveaway and accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sissy’s is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, allergic reaction, or other claim arising from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance, pickup, storage, handling, or consumption of the prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
14. Publicity
Unless prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sissy’s may announce the winner’s first name and last initial in connection with the giveaway.
No photograph, testimonial, or additional personal information will be used for promotional purposes without the winner’s permission.
15. Governing Law
This giveaway and these Official Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any dispute relating to the giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable California law.
Because this is a consumer promotion in California, the final language should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before publication.
