Our pies are baked to order — never mass-produced — so each one is a unique expression of craftsmanship. From our signature brown butter offerings to timeless classics, every pie is hand-shaped with intention. Every crust, every fold, every luscious filling, and every golden edge is a testament to 40 years of baking mastery. No two pies look exactly alike — because true artistry comes from skilled hands, not machines.

Order Early for Weekly Fresh Bakes

At Sissy's, every pie is handcrafted and made to order in small weekly batches. We believe in quality over quantity — because real flavor takes time.
If you'd like a pie, get your order in early!

Weekly order cut-off is Sunday for pick-up or delivery the following Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

Our menu changes monthly to highlight seasonal flavors and our signature brown butter creations.

Pies Available in October and November:

• Brown Butter Vanilla Pear

• Sweet Autumn Harvest Pie (Apples, Pears, and Cranberries)

• Classic Apple Pie

• Classic Apple Pie with Cheddar Cheese infused into the top crust

• Classic Apple with Peanuts infused into the top crust

 

How to Get Your Pies and Dough:

 

• To order a Pie or dough and have it delivered to San Francisco, San Mateo, or Santa Clara counties:

  • Click on "Order" in the Menu.

  • Click on "Order Pies for DELIVERY to the SF Bay Area".  The price for delivered pies includes the delivery fee.  

  • Important: When you reach the checkout payment page, please make sure your billing address matches your delivery address.

  • Additionally, when entering your billing ZIP code, please use only the first five digits.
    Many browsers automatically fill in a nine-digit ZIP code (for example, “12345-6789”).
    If this happens, simply delete the extra four digits so that only the five-digit ZIP code remains.

  • Deliveries will occur between 3 and 6 PM. The customer is required to be present to receive the pie or dough.

• To order a Pie or dough for pick up in Soquel, CA: 

  • Click on "Order" in the Menu.

  • Click on "Order Pies for Pick-up in Soquel". 

  • When entering your billing ZIP code, please use only the first five digits.

  • Customers residing in or visiting Santa Cruz County will pick up their pies and dough at 3885 Aldo Ct. in Soquel, CA, between 3 and 5 PM.

• Pies will be delivered to restaurants in Santa Cruz County. No delivery fee.

Our Freshness Promise

Fresh fruits will be used when available. Otherwise, frozen fruits will be used.
